What we store

• Your email and a display name (for hosts only — guests never sign up).
• The bills you create — restaurant name, date, items, slot labels, claims, tax/tip.
• The receipts you upload.
• Standard request logs (IP, path, timestamp) for short-term operational debugging.

What we don't

• Payment info. FriendsBill doesn't process payments.
• Real names of guests. Slot labels are whatever the host types.
• Third-party tracking, ad-tech pixels, or behavioural analytics.

What we'll never do

• Sell or share your data with advertisers.
• Train AI models on your bill history.
• Email you a "weekly digest" you didn't ask for.

You can delete any bill at any time from the dashboard. Account deletion removes your bills and the associated changelog entries; share links to deleted bills stop resolving immediately.
